We have an excellent direct hire opportunity for an Online Marketing Manger. He/She will be responsible for the bottom-line success of our online display advertising campaigns. Must have the ability to drive revenue growth through ongoing testing across Interactive product lines, conduct daily in-depth analysis of display ad campaign performance and drive creative development based on direct marketing metrics. This is an onsite position located in Orange County.

- Extensive Marketing Analytic skills.
- Solid foundation with direct marketing operations, systems and technologies within direct mail, internet, direct response radio or direct response television media.
- Experience managing website traffic.
- 3+ years Online Marketing experience.
- Solid understanding of lead generation business model.
- Strong history of performance in online marketing and direct response marketing.
- An understanding of website and online advertising metrics.
