• B2B selling & partnering with decision makers of advertising agencies and in-house marketing departments in effort to grow their business and support their teams hiring needs
• Managing and executing business development plans and sales campaigns
• Building long lasting and trusted relationships within the creative industry
• Developing and activating marketing campaigns with the assistance of the recruiting team
• Contract negotiations and must be comfortable selling the benefits vs. features of our creative agency
• Daily phone sales and weekly client visits – keeping track of hot leads and making sure you are staying consistent with follow-up What Do You Need To Have To Qualify?
• Minimum of 3+ years in a B2B Sales/Business Development/Account Management role
• We are looking for an AMAZING problem solver and someone who can bring creativity, personality and positivity to the table
• We are looking for someone who has the drive to become successful within a remote working environment while contributing innovative & strategic ideas and being a team player
• Strong written & verbal communications skills are required
